Congratulations on your upcoming marriage! I don’t remember who said this but it has stayed with me all this time: A lot of people go to great details when planning their wedding, but they never sit down to plan their marriage. I always keep that in mind.

I love that. I tried to look it up on Google to see if I could find the exact quote and who wrote it but I had no luck. I completely agree though. A wedding lasts for 1 day, your marriage lasts for a lifetime.
