Hi, my name is Michelle and I’m a fitness junkie (and graphic design extraordinaire).

It all started back in May 2009 with Jillian Michaels’ 30 Day Shred program. Now? Fitness is an obsession. I live it, breathe it, every day. I am the healthiest I’ve been in a long time and couldn’t imagine my life without exercise.
