According to Annika Hylmo, if you have a Boomer boss you may want to think before walking into their office unannounced. I happen to have a very spontaneous, Boomer boss so “setting aside a time” rather than being spur of the moment is not really what works for her. She also says “time is faster” for millennials. This woman needs to spend a day with my mother! My mom is the most high energy, fast paced person (arguably) on the plant!
I’m aware there are some gen y/millennial versus boomer differences, but I don’t think they have to do with spontaneity or time. Maybe I’m missing something?
