Oh, and occasionally I like to put tuna (nicely rinsed and drained) in it. If the mood strikes, I'll add green peas too. That was my collegiate tuna casserole recipe, by the way. You can thank me for sharing with gifts of beer. ... or something. I’d like to note that I am now craving mac & cheese in the WORST way.
