This is a good song. I’ve only heard it a couple of times, but it’s got some sound advice (no pun intended). “It doesn’t always turn out like I think it should.” That happens so much!
when i first heard her sing this on the CMAs last year I CRIED. CRIED. Especially when she got to the “sing” verse. but oh my god the whole song.
i own this whole cd. i bought it the day it came out. the entire cd is inspirational and feel-good just like that song.
also, did you know this was one of the first songs she ever cowrote? she was on tour with the warren brothers and they convinced her to try it, and four of those songs ended up on the record. and i think she should have been doing it all along. don’t you?
