Let’s just pretend that this was an original idea and every blogger ever will not be sharing healthy and fitness posts for the next several weeks.

If you don’t have a Costco membership, Target sells them for $14.99 each.
The BCG line from Academy came recommended by two friends on Instagram. Athleta is known for great quality workout gear. The Twist Half Zip Hoodie is the ultimate next-to-skin performance fabric with new, Unstinkable Technology you’ll be ready to run. The thumb holes are a nice touch. ($69.99 on athleta.com). Should also probably mention all of these items come in colors other than pink… but ya know Genpink, and all.
The Polar Heart Rate Monitor is another Instagram rec. It provides continuous, accurate heart rate to keep your fitness training simple. They range in price from $60 to over $200. This particular one Polar FT4 Heart Rate Monitor is $64.98 on Amazon. It has over 2K customer reviews with an average rating of 4.5 so I’d say that’s a good sign.
This adorable ‘Prism’ Cross Dye Jacket by Zella is the ideal topper to wear during the colder seasons. Fun fact: the zipper pull doubles as an emergency hair tie! $98 at Nordstrom.
Finding the right shoes is an integral part of any workout. At FootLocker.com, you’ll find the Nike LunarGlide+ 5, a comfortable, light weight and supportive athletic shoe. I’m told they last a long time! The price is currently marked down to $89.99. Amazon currently has them for $110.
Elysa bought a Fitbit One (at Target for $99.99) in November and has been enjoying all of the nerdy data it tracks. Nordstrom’s carries the Fitbit Flex for $99.95. There are cheaper Fitbits that don’t track sleep if you just want daily fitness activity.
If your workouts consist of snow sports, be prepared to bundle up! This NorthFace Thermoball Full Zip Jacket is all about warmth without the weight. This jacket has the ultimate thermal protection for cold and wet weather. And of course, the passion pink color is just adorable. $149 at 6pm.com.
