Periodontis (spelling?)disease which is not spotted by us regular people can cause BIRTH DEFECTS in babies. It doesn't matter if you have great teeth or whatever, your teeth can change in a span of three months, causing a cavity or worse. GO to the dentist! They're not scary! There just isn't room for all the space people would require if they grew to the same proportions that people do in less crowded areas. Hence the mandatory calorie watching. Just kidding . . . Apparently smaller chains are pretty upset with the ruling because it's going to cost them some pretty big bucks to have their food tested for calories. I guess we'll see how it goes.
