What a great compliment to recieve from your boss. Very rare for someone to just publically give praise to their employees (although it sounds like you very well deserve it).

Now from an insider… how did you boss ever come up with that domain name?

This is wonderful! Congrats! I specifically like the partnership between you and your boss that this illustrates. It shows a shift in today's business dynamics and kudos to your boss who also seems to be a mentor as well. Hopefully other managers/supervisors take note that there is a win-win in this heirachy – and it's just title.
