The Green Movement in Fashion | Girls Gone Styled

Posted in Green on Aug 26, 2007

I recently discovered Girls Gone Styled, a weekly mini-show discussing topics in fashion. This episode (#3) discusses the Green Movement in Fashion.

There’s lots of talk about "going green" these days, and this week we interview Proenza Schouler’s technical designer, Rainer Wolter, to learn about his contribution to green design.

I think the idea of a mini-show is very interesting. But so far, I’m not sure how I feel about the actual shows. I like the concept, I like their topics (there have only been 3 so far) but it still seems a bit too canned for me. Since it is new, I will give it a little time before I really decide what I think.

What do you think?
