I am a soon-to-be attorney, so bright colors are hardly accepted in my profession. Wearing orange makes me feel like I'm bucking the system and confident enough to stand out. Plus, it's a fairly non-conventional color, so you're bound to be noticed! Orange may not be the new pink, but it makes a good statement! Even though I don't really like the color. Probably because I once had a room painted Pepto- Bismol pink... apparently medicinal colors don't always "medicate" when you have to look at them all day and wonder how Pepto-Bismol got to be such an ugly color.
