“What to Wear” — Dallas Fashion Show

I was invited to attend the “Spring What to Wear Fashion Show” in Dallas at The Lofts at Mockingbird Station. It was indeed a great night! The fashion show was held poolside at The Lofts and featured the latest seasonal trends by the gorgeous models.

While sippin’ on Coco Chanel cocktails and sampling food from Rockfish, I got to experience the up-and-coming vacation-themed attire judged by an elite panel of style experts. The panelists were led by DFW Style Daily editor Lisa Petty, along with Rhonda Sargent Chambers, Carlos Alonso, Diamond Mahone and Toni Munoz.

All the clothes worn by the models were from the stores within Mockingbird Station: American Apparel, Ann Taylor Loft, Francesca’s Collections, Movida Boutique, Relatively Outdoors, Sample This! and Urban Outfitters. The models rocked the runway with beach attire, classy dresses and casual looks. I really liked how they mixed neutral colors with a pop of color- it really wow’d the audience! The clothes featured on the runway are pretty affordable when compared to top-tier department stores. I need to go back to Mockingbird Station and stock up on spring clothes!

A little windy, but overall we had a great time at the Mockingbird Station “What to Wear” fashion show. Here I am on the left with my friend Jonathan on the right.
