GenPink Picks: Zaggora Viva HotPants

Stay in shape while looking stylish this summer with Zaggora Viva HotPants!

After two years of development, the HotPants were launched to help women maximize their workouts and get more bang for their buck. Why are the HotPants so awesome? Well, it all goes back to its technological foundation!

Zaggora Viva Hot Pants have been tested at the Physiology Laboratories of a leading university in the UK. Researchers used a pool of women who wore HotPants and then standard exercise garments to test their physiological responses before, during, and after 30 minutes of exercise.

  • Hot Pants increase energy expenditure during exercise by 6% versus the control garment. Hot Pants increase energy expenditure in the hour after exercise by 26%.
  • 30 minutes of exercise, weight loss is around 4x greater in Hot Pants than in a standard garment. On average, subjects lost 1.13% of body mass in Hot Pants compared to 0.27% in the control garment.
  • Hot Pants increase the core body temperature by an average of 18% more than the control garment, which leads to an increase in metabolism.

One reason we love these pants is because it’s a bright addition to our gym wardrobe. The company offers five upbeat colors to choose from. Also, we’ve never seen a pair of pants like this! This isn’t something you can just buy at the mall. The texture of this garment is totally different than generic workout gear you may be used to wearing. It’s breathable and fits well on us. Whether you’re a gym enthusiast  or a casual jogger, these pants are worth the purchase!
